1. Cancellation & Refunds: Training Courses

We understand that circumstances may change, and your selected course might not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer the following refund terms:

• Full Refund Before Registration Deadline:
  If you cancel your enrollment on or before the last date of registration, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee, excluding the GST amount already paid by us during the transaction.

• No Refund After Registration Deadline:
  If the cancellation is made after the last date of registration, no refund will be provided.

2. Advance / Registration Payments

• Any advance payment or registration fee made for a course is non-refundable.

• However, such payments can be adjusted against any other course or service you choose to avail through the VedoGyan platform.

3. Duplicate Payment Refunds

• In the event of a duplicate payment, you must inform us via email at support@vedogyan.com.

• Once verified, the refund will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.

4. General Refund Processing

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving a valid refund request.

• Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless stated otherwise.
